A Tissue Culture System for Studying Disease Resistance to Phytophthora Cinnamomi
Calli derived from embryos of Pinus taeda, P. echinata, P. taeda x P. echinata, and P. virginiana were screened for their resistance to Phytophthora cinnamomi Rands, the littleleaf disease pathogen.
