The Improvement in Australia and New Zealand in Relation To Work in The United States
Tree improvement work, in common with biological research in general, depends heavily on international cooperation. In the account which follows, I will attempt to give a picture of the present status and potentialities of tree improvement work in Australia and New Zealand, with particular emphasis on the recent increase in interest in the southern pines.
