Control of a cone moth with dimethoate and azinphosmethyl

Reported here are the results of 1973 field tests of dimethoate (Cygon®. 0,0-Dimethyl S-(N-methylcarbamoyl methyl) phosphorodithioate) and azinphosmethyl (Guthion®. 0,0-Dimethyl S-[(4-OXO- 1, 2, 3-benzotriazin-3 (4H)-yl) methyl] phosphorodithioate) for controlling E. tocullionana on Virginia pine.
