Some Observations on Container Planting in Canada
The Canadians have been working with container planting for almost a decade. To date, U.S. foresters have not largely imitated them. They have, however, followed Canadian efforts with considerable interest. In the summer of 1970, members of the Intermountain Reforestation Council had an opportunity to take a close look at Canadian efforts. The following is a partial account of what they saw.
