Clonal Propagation of Acacia koa

We studied micropropagation, building upon the earlier work of Roger Skolmen. Objectives of our study were: (a) to develop a method for koa micropropagation through shoot multiplication. (b) to optimize the method for higher efficiency in multiplication. and (c) to induce roots in multiplied shoots.
