The Acorn Seeder, and Project Status at the Missoula Technology and Development Center

A new style acorn seeder was designed, built, and tested at the USDA Forest Service J.W. Tourney Nursery in Houghton, Michigan. Initial results indicate that the seeder performed excellently. Results are described in Part I of this paper. Part II highlights the various projects underway in the Nursery and Reforestation Programs at the Missoula Technology and Development Center at Missoula, Montana.
