The Status of Container Planting Programs in Canada - New Brunswick

The use of containerized seedlings is increasing rapidly in New Brunswick. Total production by forest industry and the province is expected to increase from 33 mil-lion seedlings in 1980 to 45.7 million by 1983. Of the 1983production target, 55% (25 million seedlings) will be grown at three provincially operated nurseries.
