The Impact Of New Ideas In Forestry

The use of containerized tree seedlings, in a program of increased timber growth and improved wood utilization, can help avert a timber shortage in the United States. Additional research, as well as the transfer of research into practice, will require international cooperation, as exemplified in this symposium.
