Effect Of Nutrient Stress On Growth Bud Set, And Hardiness In Douglas-Fir Seedlings

Seedlings were grown in 2-inch3 polystyrene containers in a greenhouse for 5 months, then cold hardened under lights at 2 degress C for 3 months. The effects of withdrawing various components of the weekly nutrient solution halfway through the growth period were measured.
