Current Studies on Clay Slurry Root Dips

The preceeding paper has presented a discussion of the history and status of the use of clay slurry root dips in North Carolina nurseries. This paper will present some of the research and evaluation work currently underwayllon this interesting procedure Which appears to be only partly developed at the present time. The work to be discussed falls into tun general categories: (a) laboratory and greenhouse studies, and (b) field evaluation studies.
