Soil Fertility Management n the Forest Nurseries

There are two questions posed in the subject for this discussion as given in the program: 1. How can nurserymen best judge soil fertility? 2. What measures could and should be developed for western species inorder to match soil and growing habits under natural conditions? We shall attempt to discuss these questions separately for the sake of making it easier to understand the problems, however, the two questions are definitely interrelated.
