2020 Native Plant Production in Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands

The State and Private Forestry Unit at the International Institute of Tropical Forestry hosted six (6) one-hour webinars covering aspects of management of tree nurseries producing native trees in Puerto Rico and the U. S. Virgin Islands. This nursery webinar series was presented by Diane L. Haase (Western Nursery Specialist, RNGR, USDA Forest Service) and Dr. J. B. Friday (Extension Forester, University of Hawaii at Manoa). This webinar Series targets nursery managers and growers working in forestry or conservation nurseries, agroforestry, and/or restoration projects. Although the series was developed for the Caribbean, the material is applicable to all tropical nurseries.
