2023 Nursery and Seed Program Intern - Webster Forest Nursery

This intern will have the opportunity to learn about multiple programs, working alongside DNR’s permanent nursery, seed plant, and seed orchard staff.  The work will provide exposure to a range of activities associated with bareroot (farm) and greenhouse culture of seedlings, applied seedling research, seed testing and collection, and tree testing and seed production.  Though based in the Olympia area, travel may be required to locations around the state, with per diem paid by DNR.

Hours

Flexible hours, 3-6 months duration

Pay Scale

$16 to $21 per hour
