Pre-Planting Treatments: Lupinus littoralis seeds are not dormant and readily germinate in warm or cool temperatures. In our experiments the seeds germinated at a percentage of 49% when placed directly into the warm growth chamber (75F) and at 40% after 4 weeks in the cooler (35F).
