| Propagule Processing: | Two seedlots were run through the Westrup Brush Machine one time with medium stiff brushes, and a coarse shell (size 10w ire), at speed 11 to separate the seeds from the flower heads. One seedlot was aspirated once at 0.01 inches of water column to remove the light trash. Seeds from one seedlot were scalped with 9.5/64 " round hole screen to remove large trash, then sieved with a 1/4 x 1/2 screen, and indent cylinder. | ||
