Semi-hardwood cuttings are collected between July 10th and August 10th.
Cutting length is 3 to 4 inches.
Cuttings are kept moist and cool prior to treatment.
Cuttings are dipped in a mild bleach solution for 30 seconds.
Cuttings are treated with Hormex (1000 ppm IBA) rooting powder and struck in flats containing 3:1 Perlite/Vermiculite.
Cuttings are struck 1.5 inch deep in deep flats.
