Government-assisted Planting Programs for Diverse Species

USDA assistance to non-industrial private forest landowners includes the Agricultural Conservation Program, Forestry Incentives Program, Conservation Reserve Program, Forest Stewardship Program, and the Stewardship Incentive Program. The Stewardship Incentive Program, in combination with the Forest Stewardship Program, may provide the greatest opportunity for planting diverse species.
