Communications as a Design Consideration in Developing a Computerized Nursery Management Environment
The transition from a manual to a computerized is successful only if the designers consider three levels of communications in the social and technical environments. In order of importance, these levels include communications among the staff members, communications between the staff and the computer, and communications between computers.
