Propagation Processing/Propagule Characteristics:
Used brush machine with small hole mantle to help remove pappus. Air screen was used next with the top screen at 1.80, and bottom screen at 1.15. Needed to remove some sticks that went through by hand. Average weight of 250 seeds counted for 4 reps is .301 grams. The seeds per pound is 376,736, and the percent purity is 86%.
